Do you know that your soul is of my soul such part
That you seem to be fibre and core of my heart ?
None other can pain me as you ,son, can do;
None other can please me or praise me as you .
Remember the world will be quick with its blame .
If shadow or or stain ever darken your name .
Like MOTHER, Like SON ,is saying so true
The world will judge largely of Mother by you .
Be this then your task,if task it shall be ,
To force this proud world to do homage to me .
Be sure it will say, when it's verdict you've won,

BUILDING THE BRIDGE

A pilgrim,going a lone highway
Came at evening ,cold and gray .
To a chasm , deep and vast and wide .
THE old man cross in the twlight dim.
The chasm held no fears for him
But the paused when he reached the other side
And built a bridge to span the tide.
"OLD MAN" said a fellow pilgrim near .
"why waste your time in building here?
Your journey ends with the close of day
You never again will pass this way .
You've crossed the chasm deep and wide
Why build ye here at eventide?"
The pilgrim raised his old gray head,
"My friend, in the path I've come"he said ,
"There followeth after me today .
A fair haired youth who must pass this way .
The chasm which held no fears for me .
To the fair haired youth may a pitfall be.
He,too, must cross in the twlight dim.

All living Beings Should CultivateMetta
Actually ,metta is so benefical for beings that this kind of metta retreat should exist everywhere .All yogis and human beings should develop metta because in this world ,defielements such as lobha and dosa are very powerful.This is especially true when defilements have been in existence for a long time and have consequently become stronger and more powerful.These defilements are not only deep-seated and potent in human beings but in all living beings.When these kilesas become intense,they burn with great intensity and are full of danger.
In scientific magazine,scientists and writers describe how the world is gradually heating up.In some EU countries,the ice on many hight mountains is melting at an astonishing rate,as the world gets hotter.Why does this condition exist?Many scientists belive the world is getting warming due to the loss of forest,especially tropical rainforest ,which are being lost and destroyed at an alarming rate.Many scientists are studying and trying to understand these problems,so this is factual information.
However ,i would like to suggest on the basis of my Dhamma experience that this situation is really the result of living beings experiencing defilments,which are becoming more intense and forceful .This is undoubtedly true!So,if we dont develop and pratice metta in the future the world may become unbearably hot.That's why each of us should develop metta.We need to turn on metta's air condition right now!Only those people who develop and live with metta in their hearts can live peacefully.In the future ,people who live without metta will have to endure even greater suffering than they do now.
The Meaning Of Metta
According to the scriptures,metta is the wish for the welfare and happiness of all living beings.Metta benefitsn all living beings.The felling of metta can be compared to the love of a mother for her own child .A caring mother wishes for the welfare and happiness of all living beings.In the metta Sutta,metta is compared to the love of mother for her own child .
In a family,there are sometimes two kinds of children ,a mother's own biological child ,and perhaps an adoptedf child.Sometimes a mother doesn't have a child of her own ,so she adopts an orphaned child and takecare of him/her as if he/she were her own child .This

After his death we decided to escape to South Africa. Where he has deposited this sum with the security Company as valuables (in a treasure box). On tho horizon,suddenly,
a row of white spots quietly cuts
across the blue sky,then bread ens to a crack
where liquid ruby swiris and turns,
an indistinct sign of dawn

in the obscure silence under the stars
not too far from the river port
a boat moves quietly up the creek
a jungle boy in short-sleeved shirt
crouches in the bottom of the boat
and puts his hands underneath a pile
of straw where is hidden a machine gun

dimly in the quiet darkness
in the creek's bend,against the trees
at tidal level on the beach
a fascist outpost stands

soon as the boat rounds the of the creek
it turns into the tongue of land
and as it closes suddenly
the silence is rent by machine gun fire
which reverberates up and down the creek
the moon night thinly divides the right
the moon next gently rocks on the clouds
then if fully smile down to illuminate the night

စုငယ္ထံ မွမည္သည္႔ သက္ေရာက္မဳွုမ်ိဳးမွ မ ရ ဖူးေသာ ထိုလူသည္ စုငယ္၏ တကယ္လုပ္မည္႔ ပံုစံေၾကာင္႔ လား မ သိ ။ၿဖံဳသြားသည္ ထင္ပါ သည္.။ ေနာက္ေန႔ မ်ား မွာ သူကိုမေတြ႔ ရ ေတာ႔ေပ ။
သို႕ေသာ္ ႏွစ္ပတ္ခန္႔ ၾကာေသာအခါ စု ငယ္ ကိုလူတစ္ေယာက္ခ်ည္းကပ္ခဲ႔ ၿပန္ပါ သည္.။ စုငယ္ ဘ၀ တြင္ မွတ္မွတ္ ရရ ရွိေနေသာ သူ မွာ ထိုသူပဲ ၿဖစ္ပါ သည္။
ထိုေန႔ က ကားေပၚ မွ ဆင္းဆင္းခ်င္းမိုးသည္းသည္း မဲမဲ ရြာေန ပါ သည္။ ထီး ကိုကဗ်ာကယာ အဖြင႔္တြင္ လူ တစ္ေယာက္ စု ငယ္ ကို စိုက္ၾကည္႔ေန မွန္း ေတြ႕ လိုက္ပါ သည္။ ထိုသူသည္ ရြာေနေသာ မိုးရည္ ၾကားထဲတြင္ ထီးမေဆာင္းပါပဲ ႏွင္႔မတ္မတ္ ရပ္ ကာ ၾကည္႔ေန ပါ သည္။
စုငယ္ သူ႔ ကိုၿဖတ္ခနဲ မွတ္မိလိုက္ပါ သည္။ ထိုလူသည္ စုငယ္ ေနာက္ သို႔လိုက္ေသာ ပထမ ေကာင္ ေလး၏ အေဖာ္ ၿဖစ္ ပါ သည္။
ေန႔ စဥ္ ရက္ ဆက္ တစ္ပတ္ေက်ာ္ ၁၀ ရက္ ခန္႔မွ် မိုးရြာသည္ ၿဖစ္ေစ ၊ ေန ပူသည္ ၿဖစ္ေစ ဦးထုပ္ ၊ ထီး ၊မိုးကာ မပါ ပဲႏွင္႔ ေက်ာက္ ရုပ္တစ္ရုပ္အလား ထိုကားမွတ္တိုင္မွ ေစာင္႔ ၾကည္႔ တတ္ၿခင္းၿဖင္႔ စုငယ္၏ သတိထားမွဳကိုစတင္ ယူ ကာ မိန္းကေလး တစ္ေယာက္၏ ေပ်ာ႔ ကြတ္ၿဖစ္ေသာ သနားဂရုဏာႏွင္႔ သူ၏ ဇြဲေကာင္းမွဳ ကို ၿပေစတတ္ေသာ မ က်မ္းေက်ၿပီးဇြတ္တရြတ္ႏိုင္ေသာ ဂ်စ္ကန္ကန္ ႏိုင္ေသာလူ တစ္ေယာက္ၿဖစ္မွန္းစုငယ္ သိပါ သည္။
“နင္ကဒီေလာက္မာနၾကီးရေအာင္ဘာမ႔ိုလိုလဲဲ”ဟုသူ႔စိတ္ထဲထင္ခ်င္ထင္ေနပါလိမ္မည္……………..။ “ဒီေလာက္ေတာင္ၿဖစ္တာ ငါခ်ိဳးၿပ မယ္” ဟု ဟီးရိုးလုပ္၍ ဂ်ဳ တီ ခ်ိန္းၿပီးလိုက္တာလည္းၿဖစ္ႏိုင္ပါသည္။
မိန္းခေလးတစ္ေယာက္ ၏ သတိထားမွဳ ကိုစတင္ယူတတ္ေသာထိုသူသည္ ၁၀ ရက္ေက်ာ္ အၾကာတြင္ စုငယ္ေနာက္မွ လိုက္လာပါေတာ႔ သည္။ အရင္လူကဲ႔ သို႔ေနာက္မွ ေတာက္ေလွ်ာက္ကပ္ပါလာၿခင္းမရွိပါပဲ လူရွင္းေသာေနရာသို႔ေရာက္လာေသာအခါ နေဘးနားကပ္လာ၍ ကၽြန္ေတာ္႔ စာေလး ယူသြားေပးပါ လား ဟုေၿပာပါသည္။ ထိုစဥ္ေရေမႊးနံ႔ကို ခံႏိုင္ရည္မရွိေသာ စုငယ္ သူ႕ထံမွၿပင္းရွ သည္႔ေရေမႊးနံ႔ေၾကာင္႔ ေခါင္းမ်ားကိုက္ တတ္လာပါသည္။ စုငယ္ထံမွ ဘာစကားသံမွ မထြက္လာေသာအခါ စုငယ္က ၿပံဳးေစ႔ေစ႔ ၾကည္႔ ကာ “ဒီေန႔ မယူလဲေနာက္ေန႔ေတာ႔…. ယူေနာ္” ဟုေၿပာၿပီးလွည္႕ၿပန္သြားပါသည္။

“မ က စာေပးတာမၾကိဳက္ ဘူး ဟုတ္တယ္မို႔ လား. ဒီတခါ စာ မဟုတ္ဘူး က်ီးကန္းေပးမယ္္.. ဟတ္ဟတ္ဟတ္…”
ဟု မခိုးမခန္႔ေၿပာကာရည္ေနပါသည္..။သူ႔ ရဲ႔ ေရ ေမႊး နံ႔တို႔ က ထံုးစံအတိုင္းေခါင္းကိုက္ေစသည္ကတစ္ေၾကာင္း ၊ သူ႕ရဲ႕ ခပ္ေလွာင္ေလွင္ ဆက္ဆံမွဳ ေၾကာင္႔ တစ္ေၾကာင္း ေၾကာင္႔ တခါဖူးမွ်မၾကည္႔ ဖူးေသာသူ႕ အား ခပ္တည္တည္ တခ်က္ၾကည္႔ လိုက္မိသည္ .။
